  • Testifying expert in a medical malpractice case alleging misuse of a surgical system

  • Submitted an expert report and declarations on X-ray imaging systems, was deposed twice, and testified at an ITC hearing on behalf of defendant Fujifilm in a matter that spilled over to Inter Partes Reviews at USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)
