ANDA and Medicinal Chemistry Expert Witness

This expert is a Ph.D. medicinal and synthetic organic chemist and drug discovery leader, co-inventor of a marketed type 2 diabetes therapeutic and a contributor to the structure-based design behind a marketed oncology therapeutic, who now serves as a testifying expert in ANDA and Hatch-Waxman pharmaceutical patent litigation.

Expertise spans synthetic organic and medicinal chemistry, chemistry, manufacturing and controls, IND-enabling development, GMP and GLP active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing and supply chain, and structure-based and fragment-based drug design including targeted protein degradation. This expert has held a professor of synthetic organic chemistry appointment and led immunology medicinal chemistry at a biopharmaceutical company.
