Our growing company is seeking a Director of Sales. This position requires a proven track record of selling technology products and services, business development, and managing a diverse and distributed sales channel. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced and always-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initial focus on generating new leads, managing sales pipeline, selling embedded systems consulting and training services, and business development with strategic customers and partners
  • Overall goal to develop sales strategies and grow and manage sales process and channel, including employees/partners and systems/tools
  • Provide sales forecasts and financial projections and assist management with strategic planning

Job Requirements

  • At least eight (8) years of prior work experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrable success in selling technology products and services, repeatedly exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to travel to industry events and customer sites (up to 25%)
